A Lead Horse is the Trail Boss's horse. This horse does a specialised duty that only a few of the Hidden Valley Horses like doing. A good Lead Horse is one that loves to step out away from the herd and stay out in front as 'The Leader'. They are more fearless than the other trail horses. A good Lead Horse makes a good trail ride. Harley is my number one lead horse

Manuel - 27 years young - the much esteemed oldie that a baby could ride
Manuel is priceless. There is no more valuable horse than a safe one. Here he is when he was getting over an old-horse complaint and looking not at his best so this photo will have to do until I upload a more recent one.

Work is existing - riding is living!
